At Aziel & Co, some products may be offered as pre-order items. This allows customers to secure high-demand products before they arrive in stock.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing a pre-order.

A pre-order means the product is not yet in stock but is available for purchase in advance. By placing a pre-order, you reserve stock from an incoming shipment.
Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your item.
• Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
• Pre-order purchases are treated as confirmed orders.

Each pre-order product will display an estimated dispatch window. These timeframes are based on information provided by suppliers and logistics partners.
Please note:
• Dates are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Manufacturing schedules, freight timelines, and customs clearance may affect arrival.
• Delays outside of Aziel & Co’s control may occur.
⌚ WavWatch Pre-Orders
WavWatch products may be supplied via specialist third-party partners. As a result, pre-order delivery timelines may be influenced by:
• International freight schedules
• Customs processing
• Third-party logistics handling
While we work closely with partners to minimise delays, Aziel & Co cannot guarantee exact arrival dates for WavWatch pre-orders. We will provide updates if timelines change.
📦 Shipping of Mixed Orders
If your order contains both:
• In-stock items and
• Pre-order items
Your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.
If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders or contact us (additional shipping fees may apply).
❌ Cancellations
• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After this period, cancellations may not be possible as stock allocation and supplier commitments are made.
• Approved cancellations may incur payment processing or administration fees.
🔄 Refunds
If a pre-order item cannot be fulfilled due to supplier cancellation or stock unavailability, a full refund will be provided.
